Meet Sara
Sara is an active explorer who especially enjoys traveling to Europe and other culturally enriching destinations. A few of her favorite international destinations include Switzerland, the Côte d'Azur, Amalfi Coast, and London. Her favorite US destinations include Summit County, Colorado, Carmel-by-the-Sea, 30A, and coastal Maine.
Following a 15 year career as a media spokeswoman and PR executive, Sara combined her love of travel and meeting new people to launch Refined Travel & Tours.
Sara and her family reside in The Woodlands, Texas and split time between Keystone, CO and Miramar Beach, FL. Her husband is a pilot for United Airlines, and together with their family, love to explore the world.

Jo Ann began her career in travel in the 1980s, before embarking on a career in Supply Chain Management. After retirement, Jo Ann rejoined the travel industry and focuses on providing clients with a seamless, worry-free experience.
Jo Ann splits her time between Houston and the beautiful mountains of Westcliffe, CO and enjoys traveling the world with her husband, a retired firefighter.
